CARNIVAL VISTA 2018
The CARNIVAL VISTA is the newest carnival ship to get to the United States. It’s the largest of the carnival ships at 1062 feet long carrying 3936 passengers and 1450 crew members. It has 15 floors and travels at about 26 mph. Don’t forget to pack your camera. If you need a camera check out these.
The Vista has the first pedal powered cars on a ship suspended 800 feet around the top deck . They have Havana Suites with their own private bar and pool during curtain hours. They have custom Cuban themed staterooms and family harbor staterooms. Inside the clubhouse is mini-bowling, ping pong, and arcade-style basketball and soccer. The VISTA has lots of activities like mini golf, full basketball court, rope course, pool tables, fitness equipment, jogging track, pools, and more. You will need comfortable shoes to do the activities on this deck.
The VISTA is the first carnival to have an IMAX theater. The theater is open all day on sea days and in the evenings on land days. Featured attractions and documentaries are $5.50 per guest and Hollywood blockbusters are $12.95 for adults and $9.95 for children.
Carnival has a HUB APP. Make sure you download it for FREE before the ship leaves port. It is very helpful and has lots of information on it.
When you get on the ship a list of events is waiting for you in your cabin and every night you get a daily schedule of events in your cabin for the next day.
The VISTA will sail out of Miami til September 2018 then go to Galveston , Texas. While in Miami the VISTA will make 6 and 8 day trips to the Western Caribbean.
Our trip was a 6 day to the Western Caribbean which included Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel.
Guys burgers are awesome. It’s a must have while on this ship and most all Carnival ships.
These photos are of the Lido Deck food areas.
They even have game shows and live entertainment throughout the cruise.
They have 2 movies a night outside at this pool. Also they show big sporting events here like the Superbowl.
Some of these are the lobby bar, 1 of the pools, and the main dining room.
The Vista is a huge beautiful ship. These pictures only show part of its beauty. If you have the opportunity, the Vista is worth checking out.
